Lean Manufacturing is a system for optimising production that is currently spreading in Hungary. Developed by Toyota, the system (TPS) has proven itself all over the world. Our company specialises primarily in automation and process organisation proposals, but through the coordinated work of our team of specialists and the experts of our long-standing partners we can also undertake complete system assessment and design tasks.
