With an experienced team of specialists and a suitable fleet of equipment, SZALU Kft undertakes the relocation, installation and commissioning of factories, industrial plants and production lines, both within a site and between sites.
The work may include the building services preparation and construction of the industrial facility, transport and logistics tasks, or, for example, the professional dismantling and crating of machines and equipment.
According to our clients’ needs, on a permanent or occasional basis, we carry out the mechanical and electrical maintenance of plant equipment and machinery in line with the maintenance plans specified by the client.
The range of equipment maintained may extend to building services support units (air supply systems, air conditioning, coolers, dust separators, filters, water and emulsion systems, electrical systems) as well as to machine groups related to production.
As part of the maintenance of industrial equipment, machines and systems, we carry out their partial refurbishment as required, which may extend to the control system, the drive and the replacement of individual machine components.
Refurbishment work can be carried out on site or, on request, in our own workshop, where we also arrange transport in both directions and commissioning after refurbishment.
To optimise plant production, our clients regularly ask for the special modification of various machines and equipment, and for the subsequent manufacture and installation of sub-assemblies and add-on components. These add-on components may include conveyors, goods transfer systems, machine elements, rollers, drives, tooling, control systems, discharge systems and supply systems.
